Enrollment Open in Missouri

Two Minutes Now.
A Call Back Tomorrow.

You are not committing to treatment by filling this out. You are asking us to look at whether you qualify, and we will tell you straight, including when the answer is no.

01

Who qualifies

Missouri veterans, active-duty and reserve service members, and first responders — police, fire, EMS, dispatch, corrections. Spouses and partners are eligible too. No diagnosis and no VA referral required.

02

What it costs

Nothing. The qEEG evaluation, your personalized protocol, all 20 sessions and the follow-up EEG are covered in full. No insurance is billed and nothing is sent to the VA.

03

What happens next

A team member calls you within one business day to talk through your history, answer questions, and schedule the qEEG at the clinic nearest you, or arrange a mobile unit.

Start Here

Name, how to reach you, what you served, and what you are dealing with. That is the whole form.

Plenty of people would rather not type any of this into a box, and that is a completely reasonable position.

Before your qeeg

  • Bring a list of every medication and supplement you take.
  • Tell us about any metal in or near your head, implanted devices, or history of seizures.
  • Skip caffeine for a few hours beforehand if you can, it shows up in the recording.
  • Wash your hair, and skip product. Sensors read better on clean scalp.
  • Budget about an hour. Bring someone with you if that helps.
