Driven to reach the 22 veterans lost to suicide daily by providing non-invasive, drug-free brain treatment (MeRT) to underserved veterans and first responders suffering from TBI, PTSD, and unseen wounds. We are working to bridge the gap between advanced neuroscience and the front lines of mental health, delivering hospital-grade care directly to Veterans, First Responders, and their families.
Powered by lived experience, our team is unique. Many members have personally experienced the positive results of MeRT. This firsthand experience fuels a commitment to paying it forward. We don’t just administer treatment; we provide the empathy and understanding that only comes from walking the same path.
Currently, Operation Zero operates out of four Brick-and-Mortar clinics in the state of Missouri. Additionally, we deploy mobile MeRT units across the states to serve Missouri’s most rural corners. Beyond the brick-and-mortar clinics, mobile units are deployed to serve a 45-mile radius around target areas including Cape Girardeau, Rolla, Fort Leonard Wood, Jefferson City, Columbia, Springfield, Joplin, and Kirksville.
