WHO WE TREAT

Different lives.
Different stories.

One thing in common.

You don’t have to fit a certain label to deserve help. Operation Zero works with people whose lives have been affected by trauma, chronic stress, sleep disruption, neurological changes, and other challenges that can leave the brain feeling out of sync.

We treat the person, not just the diagnosis.

VETERANS

Service doesn't always end when you come home.

The effects of deployment, blast exposure, repeated head impacts, chronic stress, and disrupted sleep can follow you long after you’ve left the field.

Operation Zero provides personalized care for veterans who are struggling with sleep, focus, hypervigilance, mood, or simply don’t feel like themselves anymore.

You served. You shouldn’t have to struggle alone.

First Responders

You spend your days responding to everyone else's worst moments.

Police officers, firefighters, EMTs, dispatchers, and other first responders live with repeated exposure to stress and trauma. Add long shifts, disrupted sleep, and the expectation to keep going, and the effects can add up.

Sometimes the hardest part is admitting you need help.

Getting help doesn’t make you less capable. It means you’re taking care of yourself, too.

Families & Caregivers

When someone you love is struggling, it affects the whole family.

Partners, parents, children, and caregivers often carry the weight of disrupted sleep, changed moods, withdrawal, and the uncertainty that comes with watching someone you love struggle.

Mental and neurological health doesn’t happen in isolation.

Care should include the people who are carrying it with you.

POSTPARTUM

Having a baby can change everything.

Including sleep, stress, mood, and the way your brain feels. For some people, those changes don’t simply disappear with time.

Operation Zero is interested in understanding the individual, not assuming every postpartum experience is the same.

If you’re struggling to feel like yourself after pregnancy, you deserve to be heard and taken seriously.

AUTISM

Everyone's brain works differently.

For autistic individuals, differences in sensory processing, sleep, anxiety, attention, and regulation can affect everyday life in ways that aren’t always visible to others.

Operation Zero takes an individualized approach because there is no single brain pattern or experience that defines autism.

Different isn’t broken. Care should start with understanding the individual.

TRAUMA & PTSD

Trauma changes how your brain responds

You may feel constantly on edge. Sleep may become difficult. Your mind may race when your body is exhausted.

And sometimes, you can look completely fine from the outside.

Operation Zero uses personalized brain-based assessment and treatment to understand what’s happening beneath the surface.

DEPRESSION & ANXIETY

Sometimes it feels like your brain won't slow down.

Sometimes it feels like it won’t turn on at all.

Depression and anxiety can affect sleep, focus, motivation, relationships, and your ability to enjoy the things that used to matter.

Operation Zero looks at your individual brain activity as part of understanding what may be contributing to those experiences.

SLEEP PROBLEMS

eight hours in bed and still wake up exhausted.

Sleep is often one of the first things people notice when their brain’s rhythm is disrupted. That’s why we pay close attention to sleep throughout treatment.

Better sleep can change how the rest of your day feels.

ONE MISSION

Zero lives lost to
preventable despair

We believe getting help shouldn’t require you to wait until you’re in crisis. It shouldn’t matter whether you’re a veteran, a first responder, a new parent, an autistic adult, a caregiver, or someone who simply doesn’t feel like yourself anymore. There is no single face of mental health.

And there should be no single path to getting help.
