Operation Zero Provides

- All MeRT equipment and the proprietary software subscription
- Complete asset management, fleet support and maintenance, we carry that risk
- A trained, certified technician who is also a peer mentor
- Marketing, outreach and community education
- Consumables, fuel and supplies
Your Organization Provides
- Medical oversight with a prescribing physician or nurse practitioner
- Nurse support, roughly one hour per week per client

02 / The PILOT

We would rather you could walk away cleanly than sign a partner into something they regret in month four. The terms below exist for that reason.

Prorated Invoicing
Your first months are invoiced against the actual ramp-up rather than a full run rate, through the first three months.

90-Day Pause Clause
You can pause the program on ninety days’ notice. It is an operational safety net, not a penalty clause.

Scalable on Demand
After a crisis or a community event, we can deploy additional units for only the months you need them. No new annual agreement.
The economics, plainly. Existing salaried staff plus the mobile unit equals no additional operating expense. You are adding capacity and a new service line against overhead you already carry, which is the only reason this model works for a department that is already stretched.
